Responsibilities
- Knowledge and Experience in sourcing, scheduling in hiring
- -End to end Recruitment,
-Shortlisting, resume evaluation and first level of screening of suitable candidates over phone.
lining up the candidates for interview. - Sourcing and Screening from Job boards, Interview candidates .
- Communicate clearly and precisely with candidates in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in case tracking system.
- Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
- Planning on meeting monthly Recruitment requirements
- Candidate Management experience
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, vendor management
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
