Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and Experience in sourcing, scheduling in hiring
  • -End to end Recruitment,
    -Shortlisting, resume evaluation and first level of screening of suitable candidates over phone.
    lining up the candidates for interview.
  • Sourcing and Screening from Job boards, Interview candidates .
  • Communicate clearly and precisely with candidates in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in case tracking system.
  • Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
  • Planning on meeting monthly Recruitment requirements
  • Candidate Management experience
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, vendor management
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
